Registration Guidelines
  • Additional Papers: Additional papers by the same registered author will be charged ₹1500 per paper.
  • Registration Fee Includes (Participants): Attendance to all conference sessions, keynotes, plenary talks, conference kit, certificate, proceedings (soft copy via Google Drive), and refreshments/meals during the conference.
  • Registration Fee Includes (Accompanying Person): Attendance to all conference sessions, keynotes, and refreshments/meals during the conference.
  • Student Category: Students must provide valid proof of full-time student status from their institute to avail student rates.
  • The Registration fee can be paid online through SBI Collect.
    After payment, email the scanned copy of the SBI Collect receipt to: space2026@nitkkr.ac.in
Accommodation

Students

• Accommodation may be arranged in the Institute Hostels (Guest Room) at ₹500 per day (single occupancy) and ₹250 per day (twin sharing).

Please note that limited guest rooms are available, and rooms will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Confirmation of room booking will be shared one day prior to the conference. Accommodation charges will be collected after confirmation of the rooms.
